Do you take custom embroidery orders?

At this time, we are only accepting wedding bouquet re-creations a few times throughout the year. Join the MAILING LIST to be notified when new slots open!

Kits

What is the best DIY kit for BEGINNERS?

All of our kits are Beginner Friendly with the exception of the Floral Butterfly!

Can I swap out colors in my kit?

We don’t offer custom color options at this time BUT all of our patterns are available as PDF digital downloads instead. You’ll still get the video tutorial but you can source your own materials to customize a piece anyway you want to!

What are these smudges around my stamped design?

All designs are hand stamped onto the fabric so sometimes there are small smudges around the design but don’t worry! They too are heat erasable and will erase with exposure to heat from a hair blow dryer!

Shipping

When will my item ship?

WE’RE ON VACATION! Shipping will resume on 11/27. Thank you so much for your patience!

Typical processing times are 2-5 business days but sometimes longer when we get a flood of orders in at once (Thank you!!) You will be notified by email when your item ships! We appreciate your patience!
