If you purchased an embroidery kit and are having difficulty with the link try these troubleshooting tips first:

• The videos are not listed publicly so you have to use the link in your packet to find them

• Please note there is a period in between the u and b in youtu.be

• Check that you’re using zeros/letter “o” or ones or letter i correctly

• The link must be typed directly into the address bar at the top of your internet browser. They will not work in a search engine like Google.
